Two years ago we purchased a camper here with a four year warranty. Recently we have had to utilize the warranty as one of our slides was stuck out. Unfortunately this took away the entire summer camping season but All Seasons was extremely helpful in assisting with repairs so we could sneak in a few weekends before winter.

I bought a new Rock Wood Mini Lite 2109s from All Seasons RV about 2 months ago. The sales team was good. At least they are campers and know something about the trailers they are selling. However, their best asset is the service manager Carri. She was great to deal with and was honest which seems rare today. She fixed all the problems we were having and kept me updated through emails. I hear horror stories how people will take their trailers in to get fixed and wait one or two months to get them fixed, but Carri said about a week and that was what it took. I will buy again from All Seasons because of how Carri runs the service department.

If you're looking to buy a new camper, Josh Kennedy at All Seasons RV is the guy to contact. We bought a Rockwood from him. He was straightforward on everything. Leaving in 2 days for a 3-week camping trip with our 2 year old jayco travel trailer. Refrigerator would not turn on, spoke with Melody from service department who not only set us up for an emergency appointment tomorrow morning but gave me a few ideas to try, one of which worked! the refrigerator is back on we are back to packing. Stopped into all seasons RV on Airline Road Muskegon Michigan. Met with Josh one of their sales representatives. He spent a couple hours with us going through the trailers and explaining them and their weight loads with us. As a Salesman and a representative for the company you couldn't have asked for a nicer and patient sales representative. If you're looking to purchase a new trailer stop by and give them a try. I have not used their service department. I did check around with other people that have purchased trailers from them and they have been all positive reviews

Our experiences with All Seasons RV sales and service staff have been very positive. We first purchased a pre-owned camper and then a new one last year, June 2023. There were a few items with the new camper that needed to be taken care of but staff was easy to work with and always returned my emails and phone calls and all the issues were resolved satisfactorily. I would highly recommend them.

Had the parts I need to fix a brokend propane tank connector, super friendly staff, I left we a smile.

While we are just starting to look for a great RV, this is a must stop and see. Friendly people and great information if you do not know what you are looking for exactly.
